Wow, the Judge completely ignored the fact that the woman questioned for the dress to be pushed, not cleaned. That is HER mistake. Also, about the receipt with the limited liability was not give till the end of the transaction? Excellent point, except that she has gone often to this store, so she had many chances to read the receipt.
Who the heck would wear clothes that you can’t wash with soap and water anyway? Yeah, we leave the dirt and sweat in, but dip the clothes in toxic chemicals! Hilarious

Am i the only one who washes most of my “dry clean only” material??? it can be done with most of them…..
I got a handmedown of sorts from my sister and she only dry cleaned the item… i washed it and the water was disgusting!!!

well after its semi ancient u can wash it in the machine but new material its an extremely terrible thought entrust me i do that with my ancient material but not new (at smallest amount not any more)

The defendant openly admits that he made a mistake. If I bought a dress for $800 and only wore it twice, i sure as hell will want ALL my money back when they messed it up.
