My opinion is that if they own a business like this they should examine the item before pressing, steaming or whatever. As professionals they should have the knowledge about fabrics etc. Screw their machines.

dry cleaners should simply pay for mistakes than risk bringing up the rear a faithful customer’s business, its better business in the long run

why do they question people outside about this who have no evidence on the issue? and that dress is shit, if she payed over $800 for it she needs to be jailed… or the makers of it given a celebration party for the sale.

I bet she said press, but she thought that they would know what to do. And they should have. They should have also marked on the ticket that they clarified the risk of doing things this way.

as i am not american i cant speak for a name in a country that sues over so many things but if i was gonna be in court, or on tv, i would suit up. I would look respectable.

She probably said “Steam only” and he heard “Pork Fried rice” and she was all “No, steam ONLY” and he answered “You want eggroll and saki?” and she said “No, my dress is STEAM ONLY!” and he said “AH-SO!
