Even if you installed it correctly it will not work on a server that has sv_pure enabled. Check first if the server you are playing on has sv_pure.

I just re-listened to the Developer Commentary bit about the Spy’s disguise point and why they chose the paper masks. Valve should’ve just thought of this in the first place. Well done, Dement.
